Instead, you may want to focus on eating more fruits, lean meats such as lean cuts of beef, poultry, fish, and vegetables.
Always Maintain a Healthy Weight
A barometer of good health is your belly. If you have high amounts of belly fat, then you are susceptible to contracting a lot of diseases.
Keeping a food journal and detailing what you ate and how much you ate are two things that you can do to help you keep track and maintain a healthy weight.
It should be stated that our bodies are generally designed to move. When it is not moving and you eat a lot of foods, your body will store unburnt calories as fat which may lead to a host of different problems down the line.
As a general rule, aim to do 30 minutes of physical exercise per day. You do not need to go to the gym; you just have to do some activities such as brisk walking, dancing, mowing the lawn, playing sports, dancing, and a host of other activities that will make you sweat.
